Okay ladies and gentlemen, I will loose at least 5 kilos, though I aim to loose 7.
I have exceeded the healthy BMI range. For my height, I ought to weigh only 48 kilos though the last time I had that weight was when I was in school. It would be more reasonable to aim for 50 kilos as that had been my weight some 6 months ago.
Jogging is a Laborious task for me. Attempted a few times and each time, I had muscle aches for the following 2 days. Hence, it must be good I guess.
Abstained from Carbohydrates, Sugar and deep-friend Stuff.
Let's see how fast the result will show.
Project 505 = Aim to Loose 5kg (or 7kg to achieve 50kg)
